In the following resource on AI in the workplace, Mark Dollins discusses how employees and employers can use artificial intelligence in the workplace and how it can be used effectively in the future. In this podcast, EE Voice, episode #73, Dollins has insight on what current concerns workers in business communications have and what are some ways to get past those concerns and look ahead to the future with AI. This podcast is like other articles and journals I have read, that discuss the issues with using AI in the workplace and advice on how to start learning how to incorporate AI in the workplace. Dollins is a credible source on the topic of AI in the workplace since he has worked at PepsiCo in communications and is currently the President of NorthStar Communications Consulting. Dollins has a lengthy history working in communications and journalism. This podcast not only discusses the pros of using AI in business communications, but also discusses why people should be smart in using it as well. This podcast will be helpful because Dollins touches on a lot of good ideas when using AI correctly in communications and different sources to look for in the future.
